First, Fortune Wheel sells bubble tea - I had a coconut drink w/ tapioca pearls for only $3.50 - pretty reasonable and the tapioca pearls were freshly made, soft, and not too chewy - they definitely know how to make bubble tea. It is a treat for me to get dim sum since I live in Williamsburg and the best that you can find is either in Virginia Beach or Richmond.
